This studio apartment comes with an exciting feature for anyone who has dreamed of living Friedensreich Hundertwasser’s Hundertwasserhaus. The apartment is accented with bright colors, uneven lines and mixed floor types, promoting the reunification with nature that Hundertwassser strove to achieve in his buildings. The apartment building, designed by Czech Jiří Volman, was even featured in a local magazine.

Anděl, meaning ‘Angel’ in Czech, is a major transportation hub on the West side of the river in Prague. Tereza describes Anděl as a "lovely, living location"; it is situated in “the greenery of the famous Petřín Hill, close to the riverbank, and about 20 minutes’ walk from the Castle". On the living side, the apartment is about 5 minutes’ walk from the French Lycée and close to one of the biggest shopping plazas in Prague.
