Housing Forum Europe & Central Asia, 4th-6th April 2011, Budapest, Hungary
The past few years have demonstrated just how central housing is to our economic, environmental and human development in the Europe and Central Asia region. Housing is central to many aspects of our lives: education, security, health, employment, communities and even our identity. For the first time, housing decision makers, professionals, policy makers and other major stakeholders are aiming to build a sustainable and resilient housing future for Europe and Central Asia.
The Forum

- Housing Beyond the Crises
- Housing and Human Development
What to Expect
A three-day gathering of experts with informative sessions in plenary, workshop and roundtable formats. Major themes and tracks will focus on housing rights, good governance, social and affordable housing, housing vulnerabilities, sustainable relief and reconstruction, scalable housing finance models and energy efficiency in housing.
